What do you set per location?

Every location works the way it works. For each one you set:

• Opening hours and appointment types.
• Address and phone number, so the patient finds the right practice.
• The calendar: Progenda or Google Calendar.
• The convention status and how Owivo talks about prices: RIZIV tariffs, your own fees or no prices.
• Whether the location takes new patients, in your own words.

How does a patient book at the right location?

Owivo books in the calendar of the location the patient chooses and only offers slots that are free there. Answers about opening hours and the address come from that location too.

What happens in an emergency?

During opening hours, Owivo gives the phone numbers of your locations. Outside them, it points to the dental on-call service on 0903 399 69, and to 112 if a life is in danger.

How does your team follow every conversation?

Conversations from all locations come together in one dashboard that you can filter by location. When a patient asks for a person, your team gets a notification and sees the whole conversation.

Which plan fits a group?

Groups choose between two plans:

• Groep: €245 per location per month, from 3 locations. Includes lead workflows and automations, a personal onboarding call and no Owivo mention in the chat.
• Partner: for groups with 15 or more locations, with custom pricing and terms.
