Which practice software does Owivo work with?

Owivo books straight into Progenda (Helena Pro Calendar) and Google Calendar, connected per location. There is no connection today with DentAdmin, CareConnect Dentist or other patient record software. Owivo still answers your patients' questions and shows the patient share from the RIZIV table; your team schedules appointment requests itself.

How fast are you live?

Owivo reads your website for locations, opening hours and frequently asked questions. You check the answers and add one line of code to your site.

What does Owivo cost?

Solo: €129 per month for one dentist with one location. Praktijk: €295 per month per practice, up to 2 locations. Groep: €245 per location per month, from 3 locations. Paying yearly saves 15%. Free trial for 30 days.

Where is patient data processed?

In the EU. Conversations are stored in a database in Amsterdam, and the AI model runs only on European servers of Amazon Bedrock (Ireland) and Google Vertex AI (Europe), which do not keep the content. On the way, a request passes through OpenRouter, a US company that forwards it to those servers. The practice stays the owner; Owivo processes the data under a data processing agreement and records no diagnoses or treatment notes.

Does Owivo speak Dutch and French?

Yes, and English too. Owivo answers in the language the patient writes in, so a French-speaking patient gets the answer in French.
